Instructions for BIBE 2018 oral presentation
Oral presentations for the BIBE 2018 conference have been allocated 15 minutes’ presentation time, including Q&A and turnaround time between speakers. In order to ensure a smooth performance during your session, please consider the following instructions: Come to the room 10 minutes before the session start. Report to the session chair and upload your presentation to the computer in the room. Please notice that the presentation computer has USB ports; there is no CD-ROM.
We prefer that speakers are not to use their own laptop computer, avoiding useless time breaks in between presentations. In case you use a MAC you need to bring a converter, we do not provide on-site service. The PPT/PPTX format instead of PPS is recommended. And we cannot provide support for embedded videos in your presentation; please test your presentation with the on-site laptop before your presentation.
